I have worked as a freelance artist and designer since the 1980s and enjoy helping those wishing to explore their creativity. I believe there is a close relationship between creativity and healing. A return to health leads us naturally towards some form of creative self-expression. Encouraging creativity also promotes deeper healing

Painting with Essences
I produce a range of inspirational cards and prints and also ‘free’ watercolour paintings for the individual – making a connection from ‘soul to soul’ & painted using carefully selected flower essences. My work includes designs for stationery and logos for other therapists and paintings or prints for the treatment room.

 

Designs for stationery
I design stationery and leaflets for other therapists. Beginning with a short ‘consultation’ to get a feel for the person, their connection to any particular colours and vibrational essences, and something of the essence of their practice too. I enjoy creating a harmony between text and images and have had many years experience of balancing using all kinds of lettering and illustration, balancing shape, colour, blocks of text and space. There are very few printers nowadays with a knowledge of the subtleties of good typography and design, and although employing a designer means an extra expense, a clear, well designed business card or leaflet, reflecting the qualities of each unique practitioner, has such a special impact See article
